新夏暉暫停冷運到家服務通知

親愛的客戶:

　　感謝所有客戶對新夏暉冷鏈服務的支持，基於本公司現時產品策略調整，我司將於2023年4月1日 (星期六) 起暫停提供冷運到家服務至另行通知 (倉配到家服務除外)，最後收貨日為 3月26日 (星期日)，最後派貨日為 3月31日 (星期五)。

　　本公司最後一期的冷運到家賬單將於4月2日 (星期日) 發出，請客戶於4月11日 (星期二) 或之前繳清款項，如選擇以按金抵扣賬單金額，請電郵至 HKTYFIN@HAVI-CN.COM 申請，結餘之按金於4月17日 (星期一) 或之前全數退還。

HAVI Cold Chain B2C Delivery Service Suspension Notice

Dear customer,

Thank you for your support on HAVI Cold Chain service. Based on HAVI’s current product strategy, B2C home delivery will be suspended from April 1, 2023 (Sat) (except HAVI warehouse shipments) until further notice. The last pick up date is March 26 (Sun) while the last delivery date is March 31 (Fri).

The last term of the HAVI B2C monthly statement will be issued on April 2 (Sun), kindly settle the payment on or before April 11 (Tue). If you choose to use the deposit to offset the bill amount, please apply through HKTYFIN@HAVI-CN.COM. The balance of deposit will be fully refunded on or before April 17 (Mon).
